The Grocery Shopping Tour
Join us for a grocery shopping tour at Kings, Route 202 in Bernardsville on Thursday, January 31st at 7:00pm (Pre-registration is required!)
Achieving a healthy weight begins with selecting the most healthy and nutritious foods
- Master the art of grocery shopping as we take a tour together at our local grocery store
- You will be demystified on the reading of food labels as you gain more insight on choosing the most healthy and nutritious foods available
- Participants will be given very useful information including how to read food labels and identify healthier ingredients
- After the tour you will leave the store a much more knowledgeable and informed shopper with better ideas for simple lifestyle changes towards better nutrition

- One hour in duration
- Cost for the tour is $20 per person
